For the booking

Typically, we require the booking of the games to be at least 48 hours ahead of time, But you can call to request the booking for immediate games.

For the game

All electronics, including your mobile phone, must be kept in the provided locker. Please do not use any personal belongings while in the game. Do not spoil your experience by cheating!

There is nothing hidden underneath the floor, above the ceiling or in the walls. Please do not waste your time trying to break into them, please do not stare into the laser beam, do not move the wiring, do not use brute force to open doors and locks, do not lift anything that is too heavy to lift and do not climb high. Remember you only have limited time to escape!

Strictly no photo or video taking inside the game rooms. This is so as to prevent spoilers of the game for future players.

Please be gentle with all the props. Use your brain instead of brute force. Damaging the props will make the game impossible to proceed! If you are unsure of their usage, please call our staff for help. Please note that you will be liable for any damages caused due to rough handling or purposeful acts of destruction.

We reserves the right to terminate the game at any point in time if any player refuse to abide by the rules, and actions shall be taken to protect Exitology Escape Room’s interest.
